Landscaping Design and Installation Services

Design Process
We will meet with you at your property for the initial consultation and discuss your ideas and review the site. We can provide you with a basic landscape plan or introduce you to some of the professional landscape designers we work with. We work closely with you and the designer to ensure the landscape is installed to your specifications. Through this relationship we have with the designer they can develop a landscape that we can install within your budget. We will also be glad to install the design you have made or purchased from another designer or architect.

Installation
Our crews will arrive at your house in uniforms, with clean equipment and be very professional. Our experienced and well-trained crews will install the landscape according to the design plan, and finish the project on time and on budget. We follow best management practices developed by the Irrigation Association and the Green Industries of Colorado to ensure you have a high-quality landscape, and one which will be sustainable and water efficient. Fuhrman Landscaping will leave you with a clean site at the end of each day while your project is underway.

Final Inspection
After completion of your landscape, we will walk through with you and inspect the project. During this inspection, we'll note any incomplete tasks or deficiencies. We will correct any deficiency quickly and before we receive the final payment.

Payment Terms
We are a professional landscaping company and hold ourselves to the highest standards of workmanship and trust. As with most credible landscape companies in the Northern Colorado area, we will receive a down payment of 50% before project commencement. Upon completion of the project, we will expect a payment of 40%. You will withhold the final 10% until after the walk through inspection and our corrections have been made to your satisfaction. To assist our clients in having the landscape of their dreams, We also offer financing through John Deere Credit.
